Building upon our successful Telco project, two colleagues and I were granted the opportunity develop a “start-up” within the company in regards to EV charging stations. Our goal was to sale an EV charging station management software to businesses or landlords who had EV charging stations installed. Due to fact that it was a pilot and the team consisted of a few people, I was assisting the project broadly. Project was a success with over 300 deals in 4 countries. Duties consisted of:
● Creative planning of strategies in collaboration with the client.
● Execution of sales strategies.
● Negotiate terms with EV and property management companies.
