With 20 years’ experience as an Estimator and Project Manager for large commercial projects has an extensive background in estimating and project management across multiple construction trades. The trades that I have done include metal framing exterior heavy gauge walls of Shopping centers, Office building, Hotels, storage/Warehouse, Hospitals, FBI building, Restaurants. Interior building outs of Doctors office, Schools, churches, Apartments buildings, Houses and Movie theaters.
I have done Drywall, Veneer plaster, Stucco; wire lath, EIfS systems with the following companies Dryit, Sto, Parex and Master wall.
Insulation batts and Acoustical Ceiling.
With seasoned expertise utilizing On Center software and Quick Bid estimating software, he has provided estimating services and project management leadership on large-scale commercial projects throughout Florida.
Responsibilities include assessing and defining the scope of projects, developing bids, assembling labor and material budgets, compiling material lists, acquiring locked in material pricings, and following through with projects until completion.
