Test Engineer Customer Service

Job Responsibilities

Conducts complex tests, following procedures where a high degree of precision is required.

Capable of operating all test machines in assigned area in accordance with test engineer specifications to ensure

accurate test results.

Ensures security and safety devices are in place prior to testing

Mounts test tires on rims and machines.

Performs periodic tire inspections on certain tests to detect onset of tire damage and records test conditions

Performs machine checks during each shift to ensure tests are being run per test engineer specifications

Perform other duties as requested by Manager to meet customer needs in the Machine Testing shop.

Provide excellent customer support and schedule on site delivery. Address any customer concerns or product issues .
