Heavy Equipment Engineering Technician

I have been moving heavy equipment by operating rented hard wheel and rough terrain forklifts and extension forklifts for the last several years, moving heavy pallets as well as slung heavy machinery and laboratory equipment as well as roofing materials up to tops of one story buildings. Have also moved heavy supplies on pallets by pallet jacks on smooth floors, performing all work mainly by myself.

I have also been delivering food since the covid-19 period but would like to not have to do so much street driving with my own car if possible.

I retired from a more technical line of work which I now pursue as a part time distance hobby along with ranching but need at least $18 per hour full time to supplement my retirement pay to be able to continue to live in San Diego.

I would be perfectly happy to operate a forklift and pallet jacks to move goods in a warehouse or and yard full time for you.

I retired from the UC medical school as an Associate Engineering Technician, which has little to do with this application except as indication of having been a reliable intelligent employee for many years.

I would be available immediately if interested and would prove to be a good hard working choice.
