UMass Chan SNMA Mentorship Program – Worcester, MA 2020 – 2023 Co-founder and Senior Coordinator

• Developed a cross-school one-on-one mentorship program for underrepresented medicine, nursing, and science students at UMass Chan to promote professional and personal development for underrepresented students.

• Lead the creation and management of the budgets, orientation of staff, website build, event organization, and recruitment of additional lead team members. These efforts resulted in more than 200 underrepresented students and a $350,000 grant from the Dean of the T.H. Chan School of Medicine office to continue developing the program. Worcester Free Clinic Collaborative (St. Annes) – Worcester, MA 2020 – 2023 Medical Student Volunteer

• Volunteered at one of the local free health clinics aimed to provide medical care to community members who may have difficulty accessing the medical system due to transportation, finances, or work commitments during the day.
