Monitor and maintain the submarine fibers cable system for the Japan US, TPE, CB1 and Gemini Bermuda Networks which includes under sea repeaters and branching units, PDH/SDH/SONET, Ethernet and ability to diagnose network alarms and comprehend transmission engineering at Layer 1 and 2 levels.
