Focus was on customer service to applicants throughout the Public Assistance grant process. Worked with various in-house construction departments as well as with Grants Recipients to coordinate effective, efficient, and accurate delivery of grant funding to Applicants.

Insured that all documentation in the Grants Manager program was accurate and consistent with the Public Assistance Policy and Procedures Guide (PAPPG).
