Prepared the detail L4 schedule for project with Primavera /MS Project (P6).

Ensure that schedule is based on project execution strategy and schedule milestones are

Achievable.

Updated the schedule and Progress Measurement Sheet(PMS) on Weekly basis and submit to Client.

Developed the project status reports which include Earned Value Analysis, look ahead schedules, S-

curve, KPI and resource histogram.

Monitored the project progress, prepared and submitted the project progress reports like

DPR/WPR/MPR to management as well as Client for their tracking.

Involved in preparation of TQ/RLMU documents for getting the license/approvals from Client for

Site Internal Modification wherever necessary.

Conducted Weekly Project review meetings/ Weekly Schedule review meeting for project

coordination with Client and internal departments to identify the project bottlenecks and to reduce

the delays & risks involved in the project.

Preparation of PPT, Dashboards for 30/90Days Look head, Weekly Review meeting and daily internal

meeting discussion data.

Resource /Material Planning /Coordination and assigning according to the priority of the activity

Completion.

Follow-ups like Green/Brownfield Permits status for Work allotment on daily basis and also

intimating in SIMOPS and Operation /Maintenance Meeting.

Compare & analyze earned value with actual and planned values and report in the form of CPI and

SPI.

Analyze schedule variance & plan remedy if there any negative variance.
