Director of Operations: Responsible for all physical plant and logistic services at three facilities across a nine state Midwest Region. The facilities included a North American Distribution Center as well as regional warehouse operations in Indianapolis, IN and Pittsburgh, PA
Created a network of KPI’s to monitor on time performance and overall accuracy at our three warehouse locations
Revenue growth for warehousing operations grew 725% over a five year period.
Created a delivery service operation, which allowed us to partner with multiple manufacturers to deliver materials (just in time plan) within a 300 mile radius of Indianapolis, IN
Created an extensive safety manual for warehouse operations, which was formally included into the employee manual/handbook.
Customer satisfaction surveys from 2018 to 2023 indicated accuracy, on time delivery and customer engagement were all above 98.5%.

Vice President of Operations: Total Management and oversight of 80 employees engaged in all aspects of manufacture, assembly and decoration of a wide array of award and recognition designs. Some of our more notable designs included The Oscar Award, Golden Globes, Telly, Communicator, U Tube Silver Button Award, etc.
My role had a very strong focus on teaching/training employees for a wide variety of skills associated with multiple job tasks. I was directly involved in coordinating supply chain management functions as the vast majority of components for the award designs were produced at factories in China, India, Eastern Europe and multiple sites in North America.
Created a community outreach program which afforded employees many opportunities to work within the east side of Indianapolis to meet basic needs for the residents.
Created a comprehensive skills training and testing program which allowed us to create job skills classifications and establish pay grades for all plant employees.
Employee retention grew by over 35% during my five year period of leadership.
Both gross revenue and ROI grew by over 40% during the period of July 2013 to July 2018.

From 1999 to 2003 I was directly responsible for building both the internal and external support system for the Windsor Collection by Glass America. From customer service to all production support functions, we essentially created The Windsor Collection of award and recognition designs within the framework of Glass America
From 2004 to 2013 my focus was growing the sales of the Windsor Collection as well as developing partnerships with International Glass manufacturers including Arc International, JG Durand, Mikasa, Riedel Crystal, Natchmann, et al. During this period sales grew over 400% in a nine year period. For nine consecutive years we were a finalist in the ASI voting for Supplier of the Year for Award and Recognition Designs.
