Responsible for verifying functional and visual requirements for the American Express rewards site are met, including navigation, account modification, and the purchasing of live products through affiliates.

Daily tasks included monitoring tax estimations and ensuring any outliers are documented. Internal system is updated to include modifications to tax estimates.

Created test plans for build verification testing that would be executed during each release monthly for different areas of the site (UI, cart, wallet, etc.)

Created and executed security penetration tests on a monthly basis per each major release to ensure there were no security issues.

Wrote test plans for the purpose of improving verification efficiency to ensure large quantities of identification devices can be updated and tested in as little time frame as possible.

On occasion, required to repackage mobile biometric identification devices to be shipped off with new, updated software after verification was completed.
