Operational leadership encompassed three main facilities and ten branch locations across the NE corridor, third party logistics (3PLs) vendors - along with Manchester’s largest wholly owned subsidiary - Electrograph, located in NY and MD. Member of the Executive Steering Committee charged with strategic planning, ERP project implementation, acquisition planning, development of capital budgets, and strategic planning to enhance technologies, products, services, pricing, sales, cost efficiency and workforce resource optimization.
Integral part of the post-IPO team functioning as Project Manager to lead a major corporate reorganization and renovation of all company facilities. $8 million project encompassed site planning and selection, lease and other contract negotiations, office layout designs, contractor selection, construction management, relocation manage ment, and finalization of all furniture, equipment, and computer hardware and telecommunications systems.
