Knowledgeable about piping materials and stress analysis essentials using computer software CAESAR II programs, familiar with and user of ASME B31.3, B31.1, B31.4, B31.8, ASME B16.5 and code compliance, API standards. Writing procedures for Sealtec and hot tap for live pipeline repair, selection of valve actuators, pipe supports and anchors design and their repair reviews, maintenance product selection. Isometrics approval, professional stamp and release to field. Reviewing engineering packages and scope of work, identifying deficiencies and rectifying the problems. Developed quality assurance and preventive maintenance programs. Reviewed and technical approved bids and construction job notes. Prepared DBM per client requirements and standards. Trained junior engineers, revised critical equipment layout for distinct impact on cost, schedule and construction. Improved line list procedure to avoid duplication work. Participated in as-built drawings quality review program and project closure. Resolved field construction issues of fabrication, testing, insulation and welding as a field engineer.
