KEY SKILL & QUALIFICATION

Four years degree in a university and 9 years 2 months to present work experienced in Industrial Electrical Equipment Services, Commissioning and start-up, troubleshooting and repairs as Electrical Commissioning Technician. Strong mechanical aptitude. PLC experience strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, Electrical engineering drawings such as single line drawings, schematic diagram, Ladder logic diagram, Updating schematic and single line diagram, Electrical layout, installation details, Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate effectively within multi discipline groups of team.

Capable to work Independently, Safety Oriented and able to work with Permit to work systems.

CARREER SUMMARY

Diagnoses and replaces faulty electrical components of machine such as relays, printed circuit boards, switches, and motors, and adjusts mechanical parts as necessary. Operates control systems, teach pendants, and programmable controllers required to check program automated machinery and conventional control for machineries to test for malfunctions and repairs.

Aligns, adjusts, and calibrates equipment according to specifications. Completes specific preventative maintenance duties on assigned equipment. Communicates with equipment operators to determine problems with equipment before breakdown and to determine if equipment adjustments or repairs are necessary.

Electrical repair and troubleshooting, Pre-Commissioning, testing & Commissioning Start-up in Electric Utility substation, oil and gas Industry and Building Facilities. Specifically in testing and functional of MCC, PDB, Electric Motors and Starters, Transformers, Busbars, MCCB, MCB, ELCB, RCCB, Air Circuit Breakers, UPS, CBS, Lighting Fixtures and receptacles and other associated small power supply, and various electronic relay controls and Honeywell, Omron, Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC and automation system.
