Manufacturing Engineer: Develop quality driven, cost effective processes.

Develops and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Cad drawings for cutting tools, jigs and fixtures.

Responsible for quoting, purchasing and engineering parts and assemblies. Work with the Project Managers to capture all requirements.

• Experienced in development of multiple part fixture design for both vertical and horizontal milling centers.

• Eleven years in tool and die as a toolmaker cnc specialist.

• Several years in multiple parts programming with Virtual Gibbs and Solid Works.

• Experienced with Fanuc controls as well as Yasnak and Acramatic controllers.

• 6 Years in a supervisory role as well as Shop manager.

• Four years as a Technical Support Engineer, this position included all documentation of new tool applications as well as Work Instructions, and troubleshooting.

• Experienced in both vertical and horizontal pallet changing machines.

• Knowledge of system variables, and macro variables.

• Several years of ISO-9000 experience, GD&T training and inspection training.

• Several years machining prototype parts, working with customer’s engineers to ensure tolerances were correct.
