Greetings, I’m a civil engineering technician with 11 years of drafting and design experience overall, some of which, in oil and gas, civil and architectural design. I will welcome a position in any of the industries mentioned above as a designer. Education:

Bakersfield College- Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies; F.I.D.M. - Associate of Arts Degree in Graphic Design (multiple adobe software education);

Bakersfield College- Associate of Science Degree in Industrial Drawing and an AutoCAD Certificate from Autodesk and Roadway design from Bentley. Qualifications: As a civil designer I’ve worked on a multitude of projects ranging from a high-speed railroad to subdivision design. My tasks consisted of taking over projects that have been started by another or starting a project from scratch. I’ve taken on lead positions to answer questions and train new employees in MicroStation and Civil 3d. I’ve spoken to clients, due diligence, worked side by side with engineers to come up with water quality solutions, hydrology models in Water Cad, folder and cad file management, surface modeling, utility design, grading (I know how to grade manually), I’ve flown drones to retrieve survey points to monitor borrow pit usage and volume calculations, to name a few. I’ve also worked as a pipe designer for new crude oil pumping well installations. My job was to design a pipe network for production, crv, and steam lines. As an architectural designer, I’ve drawn up plans for a remodel, shed conversion, detached garage and small single-family homes in chief architect. Additional Information: I’m a UAV Pilot (Licensed through FAA). I currently use my license to photograph various locations in the scope of the CHSR Project to create ortho-mosaics, document changes that occur during construction phases for earth works using Pix4d and to topographically map different locations.
