To attend all types of Electrical and Electronics/Instrumentation etc., works which includes Deck and Engine

room on board (vessel and ships) Dredgers of the Corporation, deployed t different ports in India, as and

when required and as per the instructions of General Manager (Technical), Master/CEO of the vessel

concerned from time to time.

Apart from the above, also required to visit the vessels for attending break down or emergency repairs,

maintenance/layup repairs etc.

Heading team of 5 members to carry out Maintenance of Electrical system under SCADA/DMS project

(Supervisory Control and data acquisition/Distribution Management System) of 70 Nos. Substations of

Bhopal Town.

Systems implemented to minimum Breakdown in the area and smooth operation of utility system

Preventive Maintenance system : To ensure timely maintenance of all equipments and provide support 24x7 in

the area gathered all data and get all equipments linked with SCADA system, developed Maintenance SOPs and

check-sheets as per OEM manuals and implemented in them in the area.

Power Report System: Developed data sheet calculate Losses, Generate Town tripping Report, Breaker

outage report, Fault Analysis and data capturing system to ensure timely and accurate data capturing of the

complete areas in the plant to ensure accurate verification of power bills and consumption patterns to understand

power losses.

Conditional monitoring System : To understand running health of the equipments developed Predictive

maintenance system in the area by establishing tool facility like - vibration testing, temperature testing,

insulation testing to study and analyze motors and panel conditions and avoid any failure in future.

Project Management System:

1) Generation of proposals, Purchase material for project, including project definition, cost estimates, project

functional specifications, schedules and change order tracking.

2) Resource management, including contractors, vendors, software and hardware. Client interface and customer

service.

3) Handing payment process & Invoice on Site.

PROJECTS:

Electrical System design for SCADA/DMS project estimated Cost (40 Crores Appox), planning, erection and

commissioning of Equipments at Substation & Control Centre.

Prepared Substation SLD, Manage Various Servers, Power and earthing layouts. Planned Erection activities

and managed manpower to ensure timely completion of electrification & Breakdown in the area.

-Testing, Installation & Commissioning of SCADA/DMS enabled 33/11 kV substations with Remote Terminal Units

(RTU)in Bhopal. Developed SCADA Master Control Centre (MCC) in Bhopal.

- GIS integration with SCADA/DMS system.

- SCADA/DMS integration with Customer care centre (CCC) and Billing system.

- SCADA and DMS softwares of Dongfang Electronics China: DF8000.

-Do point to point testing of Substations to Master Control Centre.
