Employment: ( 6/2018 - Present) Duties include: Answering the phone, scheduling both appointments and makeups, cancelling appoints when we have a therapist out of the clinic, working with Fusion software, collecting co-pays, scanning, filing, making copies, using the fax machine, send scripts to the Dr. for referrals, Ordering renewal scripts, organizing, calling clients when needed, working with our therapist, helping when needed with our kids, cleaning, and anything else that might need to be done.

Employment: (8/2014 — 12/2014). Duties included: Filing the Certificates of Registration, filing the Title by Owner Certificates, pulling the older(2 years old) Certificate of Registrations and older (2 years old) Title by Owner Certificates for shredding filing the handicap applications, shredding, typing, faxing, using the postage meter for mailings, making copies, keeping the Bride and Groom books up-to-date, updating some of the older Grooms book, working with the election machines, and worked election day.

Employment: (1/1989 — 7/1999) Duties included: answering the phone, taking phone orders, opening mail, sorting mail orders, entering them into the computer, printing shipping labels, using the fax machine, entering orders into the computer, processing and shipping orders, working with the public, filing orders after they were processed, using the credit card machine, and helping anyone who might need an extra hand.
