Generating Balance Compare Reports for various countries by running the SQL scripts in the backend.

Writing queries to fetch the data from databases to compare the source data with PSGL

Creating allocations, PeopleSoft support queries, and creating and running the reports in GL as per the customer requirements

IFTP (International Fund Transfer Pricing)

The first point of contact for business users to raise issues and address queries.

We are maintaining all the IFTP rate files and reports daily.

Communicating the status of issues to business users and supporting them with responses on workarounds or any other inquiries from the IFTP

We are loading FTP rates into the FTP engine daily, and we will investigate the customer queries and provide solutions if they come back with issues with the IFTP rates and reports.
