Reason for visit, medications, allergies, surgeries, and reason for visit.
Get patient ready for the provider to enter room for examination.
Order all labs, tests, and if needed enter new prescriptions for the provider to sign. Immunizations given, autoclave instruments,
Log any samples of medications given throughout the day to patients into Epic EMR.
Some phone prior authorizations for prescriptions, and insurance coding.
Stock all patient rooms with supplies, linen and sanitize daily for the next day.
