Specialized in the development of build to suit locations for national restaurant chains, including the first “build to suit” Mr. Gattis Pizza (then called Pizza Place).

Coordinated development of several Pizza Inn units in Austin, involved site selections, brokerage, arrangement of investor financing, lease negotiations, and construction coordination.

Was granted rights to exclusively develop locations in Alabama for Pizza Inn.
