OBJECTIVE
To utilize my expert with customer service skills in data entry, in & outbound calls to carriers, agent, and customers directly. Currently being the Quality Control Representative over the staff in our department. Working with this company in the customer service field for eight in a half straight year and over twenty-five years with other companies’ customer service departments. Remote employment has been awesome. Production has never dropped but a promotion not available in such a small department.

Prep Insurance payments, update agent and carrier information. Call carriers and agent to update renewal information or request documents pertaining to the loans.

Handle incoming calls for General Motors recalls letters customer received pertaining to their vehicles. Connect the vehicle owners with a dealership in their area that would fix the recall parts. This required a lot of data entry work and updating information using Sibel system.
