Duties and Responsibilities: Assigned clients to Sales Agent’s via telephone and/or in person. Prepared board and pitch packages, invoices, offer letters, uploaded photos, and inventory onto website. Trained all new sales agents on the company computer system. I recorded and took “minutes” at different properties meetings, in negotiations to become the Management Representative on site for Townhouses, Co-op’s and Rentals with Director or Executive Agent(s).
