Objective

June 2018 - Present

UPS - Logistics

● Currently supporting UPS Logistics for the Southeastern US which includes driving. Provide support for freight related services and paperwork including invoices/bill of lading. Support for ontime deliveries and customer service.

August 2004 - November 2017

Infineon Technologies, Research Triangle Park - Customer Logistics Management

● Supported automotive customers by being the first point of contact for demand fulfillment topics. Handled all customer order management considering customer needs based on Infineon capabilities. Implemented logistics concepts and agreements that involve legal requirements involving SOX compliance. Postions as CLM with Infineon are mostly self directed and the Manager handles the accounts from the production of the product until customer delivery.

● Managed the largest accounts for North American customers, Continental Automotive. Was Manager and responsible for several Vendor Managed inventory sites in both the US and Mexico. Was responsible for all inventory in the VMI locations for daily accuracy including material pulls, receipts and quarterly report to finance on any discrepancies. Reviewed any billing or non payment issues. Conducted periodic audits at the sites.

● I have Over 14 years of SAP experience as this was the primary software used by Infineon. Was responsible for testing when upgrades were done which were executed on weekends in order not to disrupt normal activities. SAP experience included a majority of activities executed by the business.

● I would have as many of eight sessions of SAP open at any given time. These sessions executed SAP Order Management, Inventory Management, Finance, MRP accuracy, Workflow for error’s or discrepancies in process execution, Forecasting, Invoicing, Material Returns (RMA’s) Engineering Change Management, Pricing and generally all aspects of a manufacturing facility and logistics.

● Regional Logistics Coordinator monitoring inventory in all regions for accuracy including overstock and understock working with the Global Planners in Asia, Japan and Europe for inventory opportunities.

● Regional Logistics Coordinator for Continental team in the US and worked with the Global Account Manager in Europe regarding topics concerning US customers.

● Over the years was account contact for Continental, Kostal, Prey, Hella Electronics, TRW and Delphi.

CMAC Networks / Solectron, Creedmoor, NC - Master Scheduler/ New Product Introduction

● Scheduled manufacturing assembly line for customer Ericsson and reviewed and maintained and reviewed orders and Bill of Materials. Experience includes Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Management and Customer Service. CMAC and Solectron are both contract manufacturing copmanies,

● Served in many capacities including Production Planner and Master Scheduler for manufacturing as well as Supervisor. Supervisor included managing Mechanical Unit Assembly LIne supporting the finish goods line for for testing and shipment of Equipment. Education

Civic leader serving as President of the Jaycees (Junior Area Chamber of Commerce) twice and received life membership in the organization.

Served as President of the Roxboro Elk’s three consecutive years and currently serving as Co- Chairman on three different committees for the North Carolina State Elk’s including Fundraising, Public Relations and National Hoop Shoot Director for the NC East Central District. Involved in Motorsports Broadcasting and Public Address announcing for over 20 years. Experience includes announcing for the NASCAR Cup Series. Have announced at Martinsville Speedway for a number of years and now have announced at South Boston Virginia Speedway since 2000.
