JOB DESCRIPTIONS SUMMARY

- - Receiving invoices and analyze them to make sure that are complying with local law of invoices requirements;

- Record invoices on the accounting system (SAP, Primavera and COUPA);

- Analyze all taxes impacts on invoices (II, IS, IRT, IAC and VAT);

- Checking if all invoices recorded previously on the system is right in terms of accounting principles (debts and credits in correct accounts groups);

- Make reconciliation of assets, taxes, clients and suppliers accounts monthly, quarterly and annually;

- Calculate taxes and check if are compliance monthly;

- Settle taxes on AGT Portal and make payment trough internet banking;

- Oversee all accounting aspects, finance, tax and strategy reporting;

- Prepare budget and submit to TMS Cost reporting and then compare amounts budgeted and real costs and justify them to report;

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations;

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management;

- Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements;

- Prepare project investments (financial and economic) helping companies to get loan from the Bank.
