Prepare audit programme, agreed scope, nature and timing of audit.

- I am part of the three-member team that developed the initial billing model in Abu Dhabi for the KIPP project.
- Part of the team that developed cash waterfall mechanism for the KIPP project
- Has been assisting and coordinating shipping and clearance imported items for the KIPP project including the turbines and the tunnel boring machines, etc
- Part of the initial team that negotiated the Gas Sales Agreement with GNPC for the KIPP project
