Provided technical & application support for a Tobacco company. A part of the role is to be able to create and manage reporting tools such as email monitoring,

visualization report with the usage ETL tools such as Microsoft SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and Tableau.

From 2020 to 2022, became a Track & Trace Integration

& Application Subject Matter Expert. Leaded the T&T’s integration team who is the main responsible with

system integration and data validation of the logistic and manufacturing messages from a warehouse

management system (WMS).

Primarily handled and coordinated migration activity of on-premises servers to the cloud servers.

Currently leading a team of 5, who is mainly responsible in providing application support for a track and trace solution (i.e. Bug Fix testing, regression testing, deployment coordination, incident and change request handling, etc.)
