Oversaw Operations and Maintenance teams. Overseeing 45 full-time employees and numerous outside contractors. Managed multi-million-dollar projects and installations. By implementing Kaizen and 5s projects, I lead my team to achieve our iso9001 certification in a company record time and achieving a “world class” title. I designed and fabricated production equipment, worked on wastewater treatment station, Pumps, chemical and batch tanks overseeing the maintenance team in all repairs. I implemented TPM along side of our predictive and preventive maintenance programs as well as “Root Cause.” I created employee led teams and committees creating a safe family style culture.
