IT INTERN PEAK VISTA HEALTH CENTER September 2023 to Present

· Currently interning to learn as much as I can in the IT field. Helping to reset passwords and set passwords or (RDP) remote desktop protocol the users screen to troubleshoot their issue. I am able to work on networks in the system. I can perform troubleshooting on essential peripheral devices. I have worked with Active Directory for all employees and vendors to setup new employee badges adding employee numbers and employee emails. First, checking to see if this person was a separated or disabled contract employee is top priority. If the employee was "disabled" I would call HR immediately to find out why and then do as they recommend. Sometimes employees go on a long leave for personal reasons and it says employee separated. The final step is to contact the Security Groups which have access to all separated, disabled, vendors, and new employees to get permission and gives the access codes. At this point if any mistakes are made it can be crucial to a company so this is where my proficient attention to detail is a must! I have worked with load balancers or session handlers if a ticket comes in with issues of a "freezing screen". I can maintain and troubleshoot operating systems.
