Merchandising/ stocking

I don’t have a resume but most of my work history is in construction with a few jobs in between doing shipping and receiving, loading and unloading but most of those companies have shutdown. I only worked and never documented any of the time frames of each job and really can’t show documentation with accurate dates and info to be able to speak with people that I have worked for in the past.
