1)I was able to give my managers ways to aid our team in getting our number of missed calls down by sharing problems I was having answering calls.

1)Markdowns- Used bar code scanner technologies to check and change both 1.)sales prices and 2.)primary and secondary markdowns.

2)Theft Prevention- Added or removed (for check-out) theft sensors, labels and the same with other theft prevention tools for the specific pieces of merchandise. Delineated high priced merchandise from other merchandise and Ensured proper theft sensor measures were used.

3)Pricing - Added, found, and properly labeled improperly labeled price tickets for customers. Prevented theft (shrink). Labeled and added security measures to handbags and other merchandise. Physically tethered higher end handbags and merchandise.

4)Recovery- Reset the store every night by returning all merchandise to their proper place in preparation for each new day.

5)Room Attendant- Aided in providing customer service and help with sizing and preparing items to return to the sales floor.

6)Sorting- Boxes and shipments from around the world were opened and sorted into bins that were subsequently distributed to the sales floor.

3)Quality- Found a mistake in a product (as trained to) line sample and identified both the upper and lower limits of the presence of the sample.

4)Retail- Found methods to ensure associates were each able to complete their tasks throughout the work day as we found and tried to solve problems associated with meeting both company (TJX) and customer service goals.
