Work with contractors closely to plan and schedule the field jobs Lead daily permit to work coordination meeting

Develop and use a work permit tracking system for all permits issued on site Coordination of field executed work during the commissioning phase for all equipment under commissioning control

Issuance, recording, suspension and tracking of permits Collaboration with the work force to ensure requirements for safe execution of work are clearly understood and adhered to

Assist site management in formulating, revising and updating the HSE procedures for critical activities/high- risk activities.

Advice site management to mitigate unsafe conditions / acts. Implement HSE motivational schemes. .

Assist Site Engineers / supervisors to conduct HSE toolbox talks at site. Identify critical equipment and tools and ensure they have a valid statutory test certificates before usage at site.

Advice site management on the requirements of First Aider, First Aid Facility, Firefighting facility, identify mutual aids and develop emergency preparedness at site. In the event of an emergency, coordinate with client and implement emergency evacuation plan as agreed. Evaluate the effectiveness of the action taken to prevent personal injuries. Organize HSE promotional activities such as campaigns, competitions, contests etc. Establish and maintain safe working environment.
