Overseeing contract security for the client's locations spanning 6 counties, covering 5200 square miles of $1 billion in critical infrastructure that services 19 million Southern Californians.

Directed all proprietary and third-party service, assessments, and repairs for 900+ live feed security cameras, 150+ panels, and 3000+ alarm sensors.

Ensured consistent delivery of superb quality customer service to the client over a 17-year span of three consecutive $40+ million security contracts.

Interviewing, training, encouraging, mentoring, counseling, and the occasional removal of personnel were some of the layers to my position.

Answering questions, finding the right answers, and on occasion, making the tough decisions were a large part of my responsibilities.

December 2017 Project Manager

Project Manager responsibilities were to ensure that the contract budget and spending were monitored through bi-weekly oversight of invoices. Bi-monthly supplemental expenses were accounted for and approved. Weekly meetings with the client, oversight of all branch managers and their officers were a regular part of the position. This position was the primary liaison between the contracted company and the client. The project manager is responsible for all monies related to the client's security contract.

December 2016 Operations Manager

Operations Manager responsibilities included training, mentoring, and corrective actions with officers. Managing company fleet vehicles assigned to a specific area location of the contract. Interviews of potential new hires. Overseeing weekly schedules. Input officers hours in payroll. Performed investigations when required. Worked closely with the client's security specialists.

September 2016 Senior Supervisor

Senior Supervisor for two primary control locations, responsibilities were to assist the security personnel with maintaining professionalism at all levels. Trained and mentored personnel at both locations. Oversaw weekly scheduling at both locations. Shared security computer system knowledge and interacted with vendors, contractors, and consultants on a regular basis. Performed investigations. Responded to all inquiries from security personnel after hours.
