There's two parts to a caseys,the convince store section and the kitchen section,as a kitchen

manager you should be in charge of schedule and truck orders and hurrying ect. But that's

not the case,as the kitchen manager you are only in charge of covering shifts! just don't

agree with the way the management is set up

As the general manger handled everything,hired and fired! Also schedule and truck order

inventory ect... the most important part witch was work right along side the employee!

Knowing what each one needed to hear to motivate them into a positive shift! gained a

family here while running a #1 store for 4 of the 5 years was there! Only left due to the

company only has 38 stores in the franchise so only 2 district managers so no room for

growth!
