• Respond to all assigned dispatches within response guidelines and using established policies and procedures.

• Prioritizing the Individual's safety and well-being, as well as the staff members on the team.

• Collaborate with team members, Individuals involved, third parties, law enforcement agents, and EMS to support scene safety.

• Actively collaborate with mobile response team members and shift supervisors for decisions outside the certification/licensure or experience scope.

• Complete appropriate, timely, and accurate documentation by established criteria.

• Adhere to the established standards and guidelines for the most efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain patient records and produce timely documentation of services, including Intake Assessments, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning.

• Updates include how the patient was progressing in the program, their toxicology results, any missed groups, and other information that is relevant.

• Advocated for specialty groups, Anger management, Parenting courses, and others to help mainstream the facility and provide more services for patients in one place

• Case Management for clients including referrals to other community agencies and resources, as indicated in the treatment plan.

• Established and led the Community Outreach team utilizing marketing materials to help build clientele while working with facilities in the community to volunteer the facility's time and resources to give back to the community while engaging in relationships with the community to educate what MAT facilities offer and reduce the stigma of addiction and mental health.

• Advocated to provide events for patients and other agencies to help spread awareness and provide resources to the public and patients

• Worked in direct marketing within the community to speak with other facilities, gaining resources to have a direct line of contacts and ensure patient collaboration of care.

• Conducted monthly meetings collaborating with the outreach team to ensure a monthly calendar of outreach activities, including more significant community-led events.

• Worked within the community to find more patient resources and community events and partners for the facility.

• Coordinated events for the facility employees to physically go out into the community and volunteer to help with the needs of other community resources. Worked directly with Catholic Social Services Food pantry, Bridges Path, Artemis, YWCA, Dayton Metro Library, Life Enrichment Center, etc.
