Worked on automated welding systems. Performed all aspects of tool building; layout of plant floor and read/interpreted blueprints to set up equipment and tools. Disassembled units and tools for shipment to customer. I also performed any repairs and rebuilds when necessary. All tools/machines/units that I assembled met dimensional quality at a constant pace. I also performed basic other Build duties as far as; drilling and tapping, mounting, erecting fencing, and general assembly. When necessary I proficiently operated a hi-lo, overhead crane and performed grinding and stamping. At Kuka North America, an automotive robotics manufacturer, I worked on End Defectors and Robot Cells. Also assisted Electricians, performed drill and tap, tool layout, cut, and deburr cable, and running cable tray. Learned how to read electrical prints and wired accordingly. Also, operated hi-lo, and overhead crane.
