I picked up customers at their location to transport them to their destination. I handled all money and debit/ credit card transactions, I kept logs of customers and milage/cost. I kept records and turned in my shift reports at the end of my shift. I routinelybdid maintenance on company vehicle and did a lot of the basic maintenance myself, check fluids,changed oil, fuses, replaced bulbs when needed, tire pressure or removed and replaced tires when needed. Maintained cleaning company vehicle as well as making sure everything works properly for the comfort and safety of our passengers. I was dispatcher/driver, I took in calls and drove. I have good customer service skills and have good commdere with our customers who have used our service for many years on a daily basis. And loved meeting new customers, it was fun to engage and make passengers feel safe and comfortable and make the experience pleasant so they will return using our service. I would work with customers and handle any complaints or complications that may arise to ensure repeat business. The owner that I have worked along side each other and our other employees for many years it is like family to me, we are a team that has worked well over the years. I carry that same team mentality wherever I go.

Our rescue housed and homed over 200 dogs during our operation. I have 4 years experience with handling dogs and knowledgeable about how to handle aggressive dogs. I love working with dogs and I worked with many rescues in the area and up north transporting and fostering dogs. I have experience with networking with people and potential adopters and fosters. I work well under pressure and remain calm knowing that dogs to feed off of our energy. Being calm and patient as well as understanding strategic and firm, I learned, is very important in rescue, not only for the dogs but for the more difficult people that we sometimes encounter also. I love animals, dogs are my heart, I would love to learn how to train.
