Work Experience

Sit down forklift operator

Kelly services/ G3 Gallo/Mobile bottling - Modesto, CA June 2023 to Present

At G3 I am responsible for inventory control tasks, consolidating sku’s, cleaning locations, fixing damaged pallets. Covering the active production floor, opening W.O.#’s, gathering up necessary components required to run the wine, Producing and transferring everything coming off production floor safely away to food safety bonded locations through DB-18 software, finally in production systematically moving components back to warehouse returns and closing W.O# If the order was smaller it was considered a strategic and the whole process was used in another software on my computer called Softeon . On the floor I only utilized electric sit-downs due to the close quarter's environment with production operators. When the front doorbell rang, I would have to switch to the Dock. When assigned to Dock I was responsible for greeting all truck drivers that pull up to the door and verifying that they are indeed at the right place before checking them into C3 Scheduling and locking the trailers to the dock and activating the plate. All outbound loads from production are assigned to me. When coverage is needed, I also unload and receive inbound loads for warehousing. Utilizing Propane sit-downs (singles doubles and clamps as necessary) when on the front dock. In the back there were 4 docks assigned to bottling for strategic Resorces's and all Friday material closure transfers. When assigned to Warehousing department on the PC side systematically from my forklift computer would have to open customer W.O.#’s, allocate all the necessary components from the storage WMS system which was called RDC to the P.C sides order #. Then systematically I was allowed to pick the products for the customer. Once the order was allocated and ready, I could begin my physical picking utilizing the propane sit-downs again. If when I ran my hard allocation on my W.O.# and something was wrong, it wouldn’t allow me to pick the complete amount to fulfill the customer and I was required to go through and troubleshoot the products reservations, attributes, proprieties, and listings to make sure they all matched. If they did not, I was required to adjust them all to match then I would double check all the quantities to make sure the order does not sort ship before loading.
