I offer over 30 years of New York construction industry experience with strong organizational, communication and administrative skills on a wide range of projects from residential complexes, academic, institutional, healthcare and airport facilities. I have considerable experience in road, infrastructure and site development, incorporating overall trade supervision, coordination, quality control, site logistics, estimating and finite scheduling.

*On September of 2017 I was diagnosed with acute kidney failure and was forced to relinquish my position with Leeding Builders Group and undergo dialysis until a new kidney was found. On June 20, 2019, I underwent a successful kidney transplant and have been rehabbing since then.

As a Senior Project Superintendent my major residential and commercial projects are as follows:

Messer Construction: 10/22- Present

Ardrey Kell High School: A New $135M ground up High School for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. The project is located on a 35-acre site which encases a new 100 classroom structure. The site contains a baseball stadium, soft ball fields, 12 tennis courts, football stadium and a soccer field. Field work also includes a 4 detention tank assemblies and major site work.

Leeding Builders Group: 7/15 to 9/17

Taxi site apartments: An $68 million Long Island City construction of 1600 cast in place apartments. Ranging from studios to 2-bedroom apartments, with fitness room and roof top pool area.

Tutor Perini Building Corp. 11/13 to 7/15

Tower D; Hudson Yards: A $135 million, seventy (70) story cast in place residential concrete tower; incorporating a curtain wall envelope. The tower will house 8 stories of 112 rental suites and 200 high end condominiums. Tower is also equipped with concierge lounge, pool, spa and lounging area.

Lend Lease Corp. 3/11 to 11/13

Winthrop University Research Center: A seven (7) story steel and panelized research multi-use facility. Incorporating state of the art data center, vivarium research facility, with conference and research offices.

JFK International Terminal # 4 Delta: A diverse project incorporating two steel and panelized additions to terminal. Complete reorganization of entire baggage system, state of the art x-ray and security baggage detention machines with future carrier office expansion.

Avalon Bay Communities Corp. 10/7 to 3/11

Avalon White plains: A $140 million reinforced eyebrow structure with brick façade; project which housed 340 rental apartments, pre-cast 4 level parking garage, swimming pool, fitness center, lounge and children’s play area.

Avalon Fort Greene: A $ 210 million, 44 story 162,000sqft residential rental complex housing 631 apartments, lounge, interior parking garage and fitness center.

Turner Construction: 5/6 to 10/07

1.St. Francis Hospital: A $120 million project which included a 5-level underground garage, 4 story 42,000sqft reinforced filigree superstructure with brick and stone veneer.

Lehrer McGovern Bovis/ Pavarini McGovern: 3/88 to 9/06

2.79th St. Project: A 22 story, 110,000sqft reinforced tower with precast façade with 45 condos.

3.435 7th Ave H & M: 5 story 30,000sqft steel and curtain wall retail store.

4.Solow Towers 61 St.: A 43 story, 215,000sqft. Reinforced concrete with curtain wall structure. Incorporating 258 apartments.

5.3-9 Hubert St.: An 18 story 195,000sqft reinforced concrete and brick façade. 35 high end condos.

6.515 Park Ave. NY. A 42 story 195,000sqft high end luxury condo tower of reinforced concrete and brick façade.

7.Friends Academy, Locust Valley NY: A $17 million fine arts center school which incorporated a 600-seat theatre, dining facilities, photographic labs and theatre production facilities.

8.LaGuardia Redevelopment Project: An 8-year, $600 million project which incorporated the following: 1-Expansion and modernization of the central terminal arrivals level by 65 ft.

2-Installion of 27kv central electrical station, as well as all finger substations.

3-Demolition of existing handers to make way for new USAIR 65,000 Terminal building with associated mechanical and structural requirements.

4- Modernization of United, Continental and Us Airways finger terminals.

5- Modernization of all runway and approach lighting of airport.

6- Replaced 4.5 miles of roadways as well as all roadway signage in airport

9- Metropolitan Museum of Art NY: A $75 million new and alteration project including a new 7,800sqft office and art restoration facilities, as well as 3,500sqft and display areas.

10- South Tower/ Wintergarden Atrium: A joint venture of $650M fast-track project including a 38-story concrete and brick façade. The erection of Wintergarden Atrium which totaled 1.3 million sqft of commercial and related leased space in 9/11 area.

11- NYU Palladium, NY: A 17 story 500,000sqft steel and concrete superstructure with brick veneer façade panels. Includes 400 dormitories, NCAA inside pool, as well as gymnasium and facilities.
