Fill out all QAQC documentation.

Prepare turnover package

Assist customer with start up.

2021 Dow Chemical – Supervisor

Provide supervision of shut down projects in an extremely tight schedule

Installation of new cable trays wire and equipment, Including controls, Heat trace and 5kv new feeders and cell wiring

Installation of new Instrumentation transmitters and tubing.

2022-2023 – Electrical/Instrumentation Lead

Installation of gas meter, scrubber and associated instrument tubing from instruments that operate off of fuel gas, for the purpose of capturing vent gas that would normally vent to atmosphere. Gas will now be used to operate Catadyne heaters in process buildings for heat.

The vent gas carbon capture system will now be used for carbon credits from the Canadian Government.

Install wiring from the new gas meter to a new pulse card in the remote terminal unit (RTU)

Install 20 foot mast, antenna, wiring and radio for communication from the meter through the pulse card to the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. Program new installation.

QAQC of installation and verify communication back of the new data acquisition through the network. Over +350 sites throughout Alberta Canada.
