CIM Administrator March 2008 - May 2021 Continuum GBL BOISE, ID

Submitted data for over 200 new hires a week to Version. Obtained the logins for those agents to allow them to login into their Verizon training and profiles. Verified that their profiles were correct for the line of business they were assigned. Adjusted the status for over 5000 agents in the data base when the agents were termed or moved each day. Placed agents on LOA or suspension when needed. When agents were promoted or demoted, I made sure that their profiles were correct. I moved agents from training to transition and then to production when they were moved by training. Transmitted data to Verizon for the agents so that they could take the appropriate calls for their skill group. The data was updated each night with a data feed to Verizon. Coordinated all agent data between Continuum GBL's 6 locations and Verizon. I aided the trainers when agents had problems logging into their systems. I helped troubleshoot Work hub data in Verizon when agents could not receive calls. I submitted to Verizon when agent's profiles were not working.

Quality Assurance Technician September 1990 - August 2007 Micron Tech Boise, ID

I wrote VBA programs to pull in reject data for the 20 distinctive design IDs in Assembly and compared it with the rejects that were returned from Test. Monitored all rejects for each machine and graphed their 6-month flow. Worked with the Assembly engineers on the reject codes to see if a machine in Assembly was creating rejects, but too low to show on a QDR. Coordinated with other QA agents to check out the machines to see what was causing the rejects. Aided the product engineers to determine if any material or process could be causing the failures. We saved Micron over 3 million dollars by refining the product flow through Assembly.
