Assisted CVS EPMO and client management in creating a centralized platform equipped with the capabilities to help customers avoid call center contact by identifying and modeling client behaviors with the use of AI technologies, partnering with CognitiveScale (CS). This was the first time the CS AI technology was used on a cloud platform.

Supported Covid vaccine and patient testing initiatives. Established a patient self-scheduling application (MyChart), including the facilitation of identifying requirements, resource assignment, project tracking and problem resolutions. This application allowed us to free up healthcare resources from scheduling Covid testing and provide additional support for the curb side care services.
Led the implementation of Cepheid updates and implemented an inventory tracking process for testing tools (Cephied, Liat, Abbott, 6800), This new process increased the accuracy of inventory data for ordering, tracking testing production.

Endoscopy tool that allows physicians to capture all procedure details and images and automatically applies correct reimbursement codes for appropriate revenue. Reduced 80% of billing errors, increased 50% of documentation accuracy with images attached. Reduced physician caseload by 50%.
Enterprise wireless Vitalslink:
Delivered Vitalslink, to identify sepsis early and reduce septic mortalities. The success of this project led to it becoming a Trinity Health standard. Highlights include bar code development strategies, training plans and logistics with third party vendors, support, and disaster recovery planning.
