Geography and International history played a key role in my early years of business which allowed me to thrive as an international development director opening new routes and working closely with airlines such as BA and Virgin Atlantic, many of the routes and systems that I set up are still in place today. Airside Company Director at Brussels, Zaventem Airport, forging relations and working with Belgavia Airline Handling. Station Manager for a multinational Freight and Courier operations company specialising in Africa, the Magreb, and the USA. Formation of Goldstar international in 1993 – 2014, growth every year until its sale in 2014. The Company was Self-funded and never borrowed from Banks or any other financial agencies throughout its history.

Since retiring following the sale of my business, I spent four yours living on the Spanish Coastline, Sailing, Diving, and Driving through Europe. I moved to the United States 3 years ago when my American spouse decided that we should settle here to be close to the family. I have been driving in Arizona since arriving in June 2020, I am with the same insurance company (Geico) who can confirm no Driving Violations, accidents or offences. I have just graduated from Southwest Truck Driver Training Academy, August 2022 with CDL A

I very much enjoy meeting people and have already made many friends. I am a good communicator and listener. During my working career, I was often referred to as the “Fireman” because I was always fixing and putting out other people’s fires.

I am confident and able to fit into most situations, learning fast along the way. I am very keen to gain experience and work hard as a new Truck Driver.

I have been around vehicles and transportation all my life, from Motorcycles, Cars, Van, and trucks. I passed my driving test in the UK in 1977 and have driven throughout Europe and the United States. I enjoy the open road and seeing the world through travel, on land and Sea.
