Supervise 55-200 Train Service employee workforce and plan daily train and switching operations consistent with safety and efficiency. Conduct operations tests and safety meetings, monitor and control costs to meet goals. Investigate accidents and injuries. I ensure compliance with BNSF's equal employment policies, safety and operating rules, schedule agreements, and Government regulations. Worked on three different community events as BNSF representative.

Assisted in development and implementation of training designed specifically to meet the challenges of preparing part-time personnel for full-time military service in a hostile combat environment.
Infantry Training Supervisor, Fort Benning, GA 2001 - 2003
Trained a total of 1300 new recruits at a basic training center for the U.S. Army. Developed lesson plans, scheduled appointments, counseled and evaluated performance.
Certified U.S. Army Drill Instructor. Mentored and supervised groups of 60 in 3 training cycles each year. Successfully maintained a 90% graduation rate.
