I have years of customer service experience. I have been at Maximus for 4 years and have had many different roles and task that I have taken on with a smile. I have worked as well as trained many different people through-out my time. I am always willing to help when needed and I love taking on new task and challenges that may come my way. I am responsible of keeping track of all equipment coming in and out of the Eagan office. I am responsible for sending and receiving equipment to all Maximus employee. I order new equipment as well as shipping supplies as needed. I am responsible for assigning assets making sure to meet SLA. I created all documentation for tracking equipment. I clean and have organization the entire Eagan warehouse.

I was given this role which allowed some change from Service Desk tech. I was responsible of keeping track of all the equipment coming in and going out of the St. Paul office. I ordered new equipment and shipping supplies as needed. I helped ship out equipment. I created all tracking spreadsheets and created systems that worked for me in this role. I helped move from St. Paul office to Eagan office. I worked with my team to make sure imaging and shipping equipment needs were meet for company standards. I created all task and duties for this role.

Service Desk Technician 1, 2, and 3

Dec 2017 – Oct 2019

I started at Maximus as Tech 1, Promoted to tech 2 and 3. I was responsible for taking inbound phone calls resetting passwords, troubleshooting applications and hardware issues. I took anywhere from 30 – 50 calls daily. I hold the record for taking the most calls in a month. I trained new employees. I created KB articles, PowerPoint presentation and word documents.
