Uniqueness
I come with some unique qualities; I have ADHD, which was not diagnosed until I was an adult. I can now address many challenges I have masked my entire life. I have also been able to unleash exceptional qualities because of my ADHD, like quick problem solving, creative problem solving, handling multiple projects at once, identifying and pairing with others, ability to access childlike qualities for play, and enthusiasm. I have a passion for learning and research. Challenges
I am a new BCBA 5 months of certification. I am still working on obtaining my North Carolina Licensure Completed. My ADHD/ASD qualities do come with challenges. I am still in the process of managing the paperwork side of being an analyst. I am in process of that, and am aware getting notes closed, and other important tasks that need to be completed to get insurance payments processed is essential and important. I require a process and am almost there, I am self-aware and do adjust and improve.
