Objective: Open a new market for Premium Parking. Introduce the Premium parking technology of gateless parking using LPR camera and QR scan/text and pay technology.
Noted Accomplishments: Within 18 months able to market and gain 5 locations. Contracted the companies largest to date deal with the YAM Property Management group for the Westgate Entertainment District. This property has 5,000 parking spaces for the State Farm Stadium home of the NFL Arizona Cardinals games and Major concert events, the Diamond Arena and over 40 restaurants, apartment complex and Carrington College. Additionally the Old Railroad Station which is a major lot for the Footprint center events and home of the Phoenix Suns.
Reef Parking Indianapolis/Milwaukee February 2019- May 2022
Regional Manager:
Managing the 7 State of Indiana and White River State Park Parking assets (3 garages and 4 surface Lots). The daily operations consist of ensuring parking for employees of the State of Indiana various agencies, White River State Park and it’s 4 attractions (Indiana State Museum, Eiteljorg Museum, NCAA and IMAX), Indianapolis Convention Center events, Live Nation Concert Parking and the Indianapolis Indians minor league baseball team games.
. Noted Accomplishments: Set an all time revenue record in the first year of operating ($500,000 over all previous years). Able to get a 3-year extension on the current contract, which was in jeopardy of termination before I took over the operation. This fiscal year ending in June 2022 will exceed budget by $1,000,000.
The Milwaukee operation was added to my responsibilities in September 2021. Which includes parking for the Milwaukee Brewers at American Family field and the NBA 2021 World Champion Milwaukee Bucks at the Fiserv forum. I brought on 2 new locations within 5 months from previous relationships.

Notable Accomplishments: Negotiated a deal with the Boston Celtics to park their season/package ticket holder parking with trolley ride back and forth to home games. Resulting in adding $175,000 annually to a location that was previously losing revenue.
