• Providing RFP/ RFI for new equipment and software purchased while creating a cost- benefit analysis and supporting detailed data requirements for all department workflows.

• Establish and direct the information technology department's strategic and tactical goals, policies, and procedures by proposing hardware/software solutions to maintain the company’s culture and business objectives.

• Assessed and anticipated technology problems that may impact the project.

• Identify Risk, Determine Impact, and determine the of projects.

• Provide and oversee Risk Analysis and recommendations for solutions.

• Provide engineering drawings and markup for shop drawings or engineering drawings.

• Logistics and Planning Strategy for equipment delays.

• Provide QoS and provide in the final test procedure for project closeout and handover.
