Sole in house QA team member responsible for testing on 5 different mobile apps for both Android and iOS for a team of 4-5 devs and 1 PM. Ran a remote test team of 6 in India for added coverage. Also provided additional coverage as needed for testing on Avvo.com. Was the scrummaster for the team and heavily engaged in the agile processes at Avvo. Drove process improvement to create a hybrid Kanban board in Jira that satisfied the Devs with the work flow while still providing velocity metrics for upper management. Ran the team for 4 months while original PM was out on maternity leave while shipping iterations of 5 different apps on a weekly basis. Worked closely with the devs grooming the backlog to assure that the existing user stories were relevant and the new user stories were within the scope of the teams capacity. Facilitated both Kanban and Scrum Agile practices depending on which team I was working with as the last 6 months at Avvo I was rotating from team to team filling in as a TPM where needed. Managed all digital assets for the mobile team for both Android and IOS.
