Experience Summary:

I have 8+ years’ experience as a heavy equipment yard manager, equipment operator and equipment maintenance, responsible for overseeing equipment stockyard staff for the inventory, assembly, maintenance, staging, safety, and delivery of 600+ per month new units to key clients such as Komatsu, Inc. Responsibilities include both conducting and managing the following:

-heavy equipment stockyard coordinating and schedules;

-loading and unloading units per customer orders

-conducting and overseeing the assembly, inventory, and delivery of 600+ units per month; with a proven high performance rating from Komatsu America Corp.

-including yard planning/ logistics moving/ unit flow for staging and delivery

-conducted key equipment maintenance requirements, upgrades and repairs on trailers lowboys and other rolling stock; involving brakes, axle, transmissions, and for broad range of heavy industrial equipment.

-Inspecting and confirming trailer weight capacities for designated cargo

-Identifying, applying and securing proper hauling permits from DOT

-quality control and safety validation of equipment for assigned customer units

-unit condition inspections reports and documentation; preparation for customer delivery

-Coordinate yard operations with the company accounting and scheduling of unit deliveries/shipment against forecast

-customer service and building strong client business relationships

-Automotive maintenance and tire servicing for large range of vehicles and equipment

-Cellular Communications crew leader, responsible for establishing new and/or upgrading cell tower systems and infrastructures in Washington, Alaska, Oregon, and ID
