• Deliver improvements for the IT organization’s release and change management processes by establishing, implementing, and sustaining a reliable and repeatable framework, with minimal redundancies.

• Validate the fulfillment of all Quality Control checks as the application code progresses through the different stages of maturity – Code Review, Unit Test, SIT Approvals, and Business/Client Approvals

• Facilitate analyses of enterprise requirements and current process performance to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

• Ensure process requirements and recommendations meet the needs of the business and that cost of pro- cess improvement justifies the process improvements.

• Attend regular CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings as well as the daily Change Review meetings.

• Run weekly reports to communicate process updates and deployment metrics to leadership, especially fo- cusing on flagged items.

• Facilitate change management activities, including scheduling change requests, assessing risk and impact, creating plans, defining and sequencing the tasks needed to accomplish the change request, and assigning resources for each task.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews of the change to validate the results of the change request. Assess requestor satisfaction with the change process post implementation.

• Serve as an advocate for release management, communicating release management processes and proce- dures throughout the company and assisting teams with adoption.

• Set up regular check-ins with key stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted communication of process updates.

• Document current processes using process mapping tools and techniques; ensure documentation is main- tained and up to date; set standards for documentation.
